Co-Founder

Tony has established Milford Del support agency over a 20 year period, starting with providing foster care to people with complex needs which led to a realisation and vision for Milford Del.

Chief Executive Officer 

 

Amber has over 15 years experience in the care sector supporting teams and people to achieve excellent outcomes. Amber has a passion for ensuring that people are supported to empower themselves.

Chief Operations Officer

Peter joined the team with 19 years experience supporting people with complex needs. Peter has supported hundreds of successful transitions and long term support plans to enable people to live in less restrictive settings, ultimately enabling people to reach their full potentials in life. 

Chief Finance Officer

Mel has worked in the world of finance and operations for 24 years. She brings a wide spanning knowledge in strategic planning and financial modelling.
